LONDON, ON (April 3, 2025) – During the month of March, the London Police Service (LPS) Road Safety Section, in partnership with City of London By-Law Officers, conducted an education and enforcement safety blitz, targeting on-demand transportation services in London.

Investigation ongoing 

LONDON, ON (April 1, 2025) – Shortly after 10 a.m., this morning, members of the London Police Service were notified of a bomb threat at a school in the north end of the city. The email threat was sent to a teacher at the school.

The school was placed in a hold and secure while police investigated the incident.

Officers attended the school on Highbury Avenue North and conducted a thorough search of both inside and outside of the building.

Seeking the public’s assistance

LONDON, ON (April 1, 2025) – Members of the London Police Service Street Crime Unit are seeking the public’s assistance in relation to a fire in the city’s east end last week.

On Thursday, March 27, at approximately 4:35 a.m., emergency crews responded to a fire at a motel in the area of Dundas and Calgary streets.

The London Fire Department extinguished the fire and there were no reported injuries.

Two men in custody, female outstanding

UPDATE - LONDON, ON (March 31, 2025) - Members of the London Police Service Street Crime Unit have arrested two suspects in last weeks home invasion-style robbery.

Previously wanted men, Wayne Clayton John Mcandrews, 39 and Skylar Adam Eagle Speaker, 34 of London, have been located and arrested.

Both accused remain in custody.

Police continue to search for the outstanding female suspect 25-year-old Hayley Griffiths Walker.
