Knife seized, London man charged
LONDON, ON (July 7, 2022) – A London man is facing charges in relation to a weapons investigation in the east end of the city on Tuesday.
At approximately 9:35 a.m., on July 5, 2022, a man was inside a restaurant in the 300-block of Clarke Road, when he approached an employee and produced a knife. The suspect made threats towards a female victim and proceeded to exit the restaurant. Police were contacted.

LONDON, ON (July 5, 2022) – At the June 16, 2022 meeting of the London Police Services Board, three motions were passed regarding femicide and hate crime against women. Addressing male violence against women is a priority of our Board. One woman or girl is murdered in Canada every 36 hours. A disproportionate number of these women and girls are Indigenous.

LONDON, ON (July 4, 2022) – On Monday, July 4, 2022, at approximately 7 a.m., emergency crews responded to a working fire at an apartment building on Fiddlers Green Road.
The London Fire Department attended and extinguished the fire.

LONDON, ON (July 4, 2022) – On Monday, July 4, 2022, at approximately 5 a.m., emergency crews responded to a working fire at an empty building in the 400-block of Wharncliffe Road South.
The London Fire Department attended and extinguished the fire.
