The London Police Service proudly supports all diversity that is within the community. We are committed to upholding the values of human rights, equity and inclusion.
The London Police Service has a diversity officer who encourages and builds strong relationships between the London Police Service and the diverse communities within the City of London. In addition, this officer is responsible for creating new partnerships, identifying needs and assisting in responding to those needs.
You will also see the diversity officer at various events that take place throughout the year in London and the surrounding area. Some of these events are Black History Month, Solidarity Day, the London Pride parade, Raksha Bandha and Canadian Citizenship ceremonies.
The current diversity officers are Acting Sergeant Ziyad Zabian and constable Chris Henry. They can be reached via email here: Contact Diversity Officer
Please note this email is not monitored 24/7. For emergencies call 9-1-1. For non-emergency matters please contact 519-661-5670 to speak with an officer.
The London Police Service also strives to be reflective of the diverse community it serves. We believe that together, we are stronger. Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Plan outlines how we will enhance relationships with the diverse communities of London, and attract and retain qualified candidates from all communities.
